Abu Dhabi HTC – Himatrix Training Centre (HTC), the advanced technical education and workforce development arm of Himatrix Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Abu Dhabi University (ADU), marking a significant milestone in strengthening industry–academia collaboration in the UAE.
The MoU was signed on 4th May 2026 by Prof. Ghassan Aouad; Chancellor of Abu Dhabi University, Mr. Nadeer Ali; Founder and Chairman of Himatrix Group, and Dr. Rehab Al Ameri; Managing Partner of Himatrix Group.
The partnership aims to foster collaboration across applied education, joint training programs, research engagement, and talent development initiatives. A key focus of the MoU is to provide Abu Dhabi University students with direct, hands-on industrial experience at Himatrix Training Centre, allowing them to gain practical exposure across multiple real-world technical environments.
Himatrix Training Centre operates under the leadership of Dr. Rehab Al Ameri from its state-of-the-art training facility at Dubai Industrial City, established to support the UAE’s industrial and innovation ambitions through hands-on, industry-aligned technical education. The center offering purpose-built laboratories, live industrial setups, and advanced training infrastructure.
The MoU also supports national objectives such as Operation 300bn and Make it in the Emirates, reinforcing the UAE’s commitment to building a skilled, innovation-driven workforce through meaningful collaboration between academia and industry.
